Connecting Your Wallet

Connecting your Solana wallet is the first step to using PumpCord. Your wallet serves as your identity - no email or password required!

Supported Wallets

PumpCord supports all major Solana wallets:

  • Phantom (Most popular)

  • Backpack

  • Solflare

  • Glow

  • Sollet

  • ✅ And other Wallet Standard compatible wallets

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Visit PumpCord

Go to pumpcord.apparrow-up-right in your web browser.

2. Click "Connect Wallet"

You'll see a "Connect Wallet" button on the homepage. Click it.

3. Select Your Wallet

A popup will appear showing available wallets. Click on the wallet you have installed (e.g., Phantom, Backpack).

4. Approve the Connection

Your wallet extension will open and ask you to approve the connection. Click "Approve" or "Connect".

5. Select Your Account

If you have multiple accounts in your wallet, select the one you want to use with PumpCord.

6. Sign the Message

Your wallet may ask you to sign a message to verify ownership. This is a security measure - click "Sign" or "Approve".

What Happens Next?

Once connected, you'll be redirected to the chat interface. If this is your first time, you'll be asked to create a username.

Troubleshooting

"No wallet detected"

  • Make sure you have a Solana wallet extension installed

  • Refresh the page

  • Make sure your wallet extension is unlocked

"Connection failed"

  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting

  • Check if your wallet extension is up to date

  • Try a different browser
