Creating a Room

Create a new chatroom for any Pump.fun token that doesn't have one yet.

When to Create a Room

Create a room when:

• A token you're interested in doesn't have a room yet

• You want to start a community around a token

• You're the token creator and want a dedicated space

• You want to be the room owner (with special permissions)

How to Create a Room

Step 1: Open Create Room Dialog

1. Click the "Create Room" button

Step 2: Enter Token Address

1. You'll see an input field asking for a token address

2. Enter Token Contract Address (CA)

Tip: You can find these addresses on:

• Pump.fun token page

• DexScreener

• Solscan

• Trading platforms (Padre.gg, Axiom.trade)

Step 3: Wait for Token Info

The system will automatically:

• Fetch token metadata from Pump.fun

• Load token name, ticker, and image

• Retrieve social links (if available)

• Verify the token exists

Step 4: Confirm Creation

1. Review the token information

2. If everything looks correct, click "Create"

3. You'll be taken to your new room!

What Happens After Creation

Once you create a room:

• ✅ You become the room owner

• ✅ The room is publicly available

• ✅ Anyone can join the room

• ✅ You get special permissions (moderation, etc.)

• ✅ Token information is automatically displayed

Room Owner Benefits

As a room owner, you can:

• Moderate messages (delete inappropriate content)

• Manage room members

• Create polls and giveaways

• Set room rules and guidelines

• Invite moderators

Token Information

The room will automatically display:

• Token name and ticker

• Token image/logo

• Social media links (Twitter, Telegram, Website)

• Bonding curve and swap pool addresses

Troubleshooting

"Token not found"

• Double-check the address you entered

• Make sure it's a valid Pump.fun token

"Room already exists"

• The token already has a room

• You'll be taken to the existing room instead

• You can still join and participate!

"Failed to fetch token info"

• The token may not exist on Pump.fun

• Check if the address is correct

• Try refreshing and try again
